- You lead and support project managers, construction managers and installation teams in the successful execution of their projects.
- You plan resources, optimise processes and promote the continuous development of the department.
- You bear responsibility for results and ensure the economic development of your area.
What sets you apart.
- Basic training in the field of building services engineering.
- Further education at HF level or a comparable qualification is an advantage.
- Several years of experience in project management or leadership in the building services environment.
- Enjoyment in leading and developing employees.
- Negotiation skills, strong communication and high customer orientation.
