Your Tasks
- Professional care and support of patients or residents
- Ensuring a high quality of care and support
- Responsible handling of the individual needs of the persons cared for
- Documentation and communication of relevant information
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with various professional groups
- Supporting teams during staff shortages and in daily operations
What You Bring
- Completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH, FaGe EFZ, AGS or SRK Nursing Assistant
- For foreign diplomas, the required recognition for Switzerland
- German language skills at least at level B2
- Enjoyment in working with people
- Sense of responsibility and reliability
- Independent and structured working style
- Team spirit and flexibility
- First professional experience in the Swiss healthcare system is an advantage
