• Plan and organise transports according to client needs and operational priorities
• Coordinate drivers and ensure daily monitoring of routes
• Ensure compliance with schedules, safety instructions, and current regulations
• Optimise routes and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Work closely with other departments to guarantee smooth execution of operations
• Carry out various administrative tasks related to transport activities

• Proven experience in transport planning and coordination
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss geography and applicable regulations
• Very good ability to manage stress and handle complex situations
• Flexible, responsive, and dynamic person with a good team spirit
• Good German skills (minimum level B2)
• Proficiency in common IT tools
