Your tasks include ...

• ensuring needs-based and professional care and support for residents and their relatives in the residential area.
• taking over the professional management of complex care and support situations and actively shaping interdisciplinary collaboration in the residential area.
• assuming leadership responsibility for the staff in the residential area with a focus on care quality, team stability, and process reliability.
• conducting employee and development discussions and actively managing the professional and personal development within the team.
• assessing services and participating in personnel clarifications.
• determining the personnel requirements in the residential area and presenting them in a structured manner.
• professionally supporting the recruitment process and systematically introducing new employees.
• ensuring economical and quality-assured service delivery in the residential area.
• working closely with the house management and actively contributing to the further development of processes and structures.
• planning, implementing, and monitoring quality measures and hygiene regulations in the residential area.
• implementing the training mandate in the residential area and actively promoting practical instruction.
• actively shaping change processes, supporting our employees through change, and fostering an open attitude towards new approaches.

You fit with us if you ...

• have a qualification as a certified nurse (HF, DN II, AKP) or a Bachelor of Nursing FH.
• have completed a CAS leadership training or a comparable qualification or are willing to do so.
• ideally already have experience in a leadership position.
• possess in-depth expertise in long-term care.

• lead clearly and appreciatively.
• remain capable of acting even in personnel tension fields.
• make decisions and take responsibility.
• work in a structured way and set priorities.
• think economically and manage resources consciously.
