The Lengnau school is a lively place of learning and personal development. Our school includes around 650 students from kindergarten to 9th grade, who are supported by a dedicated team of 85 teachers. We are now looking for a maternity cover until the summer holidays, who may also want to stay longer with us at the school.

Tasks
We are looking for a maternity cover from the latest beginning of March for 16-20 lessons until the end of the school year, who will share 50% of the class teaching. If interested, the class teaching with 50% can be continued in the next school year.
The lessons for the current school year are as follows:
Monday morning - team teaching German in parallel classes (optional)
Tuesday and Thursday all day (subjects: German, NMG, sports, as well as mathematics & basic music in half classes)
Friday morning (subjects: mathematics, NMG and German)
The Lengnau school is a partner school of PH Bern, which is why we are open to combinations with students, provided that the class teaching is taken over at least in part. We also offer mentoring.
Requirements
You are an enthusiastic teacher who stands for education with passion and dedication.
You have a teaching diploma for primary level or are in training for it.
You bring joy to the teaching profession and know how to support, challenge, and accompany your students on their educational path.
You appreciate collaboration and coordination within the class and subject teams as well as within the staff.
