Property Accountant (f/m/d) 100%

Your tasks:

• Complete management of property accounting for an assigned property portfolio
• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Preparation of the annual heating and ancillary cost statements
• Independent processing of creditor invoices
• Responsible for dunning and debt collection

Your profile:

• Commercial training, possibly with further training as an accounting clerk
• Extensive professional experience in accounting
• Native German speaker
• Good IT understanding
• Flexible, resilient and team-oriented personality
• Good communication skills
• Organisational talent
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Independent, responsible and precise working style
• Workload: 100%
