Schnell Treuhand AG, based in Stäfa, was founded in 1996 and today employs around 40 staff. We are strongly rooted regionally and active in various business fields. Our services include accounting, business consulting, taxes, financial planning, auditing, as well as general advisory and fiduciary mandates.

With our subsidiary Schnell Immobilien AG, we comprehensively support our clients in all real estate matters. Our mandates are located in the Pfannenstiel area, in the Zurich Oberland, and extend to the city of Zurich.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual by arrangement as

Property Manager 80-100%

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in property management
• Independent, structured working style and strong customer orientation
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
• Solid user knowledge of MS Office; ideally, you are also familiar with ImmoTop2
• You are engaging, communicative, and maintain an overview even in hectic situations

Your Responsibilities

• Independent management of condominium ownership and rental properties
• Initial and re-letting
• Checking and validating statements
• Conducting and leading condominium and rental property owners’ meetings
• Maintaining customer relationships and regular communication with owners
• Contributing to the further development of internal processes and administrative procedures
