PortMix is a company founded in 2017. Today, PortMix specialises in laying, installation and interior renovation work. Operating throughout Romandy, the company is headquartered in Échandens and has a branch in Geneva. Our area of expertise notably includes the installation of bespoke doors and cupboards for various projects such as commercial, residential and professional fit-outs. Thanks to our experience and know-how, we have established strong partnerships with major construction companies such as Losinger Marazzi, Alpenda Construction SA, Implenia, Edifea, HRS Real Estate SA, Induni, and Complex Bau.

We are looking for an experienced joinery project manager to join our team and ensure the coordination and monitoring of our sites.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure rigorous monitoring of projects, from preparation to completion of the work.
• Read and interpret plans to anticipate needs and technical constraints.
• Organise teams, coordinate site interventions and establish schedules.
• Ensure clear and professional communication with the site management, suppliers and clients.
• Anticipate orders, taking into account manufacturing and delivery times.
• Track orders and organise supplies to avoid delays on sites.
• Regularly check the progress and quality of the work.
• Identify technical difficulties and propose appropriate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with commitments and deadlines until the completion of the work and the lifting of reservations.

Your profile

• At least 10 years of experience in joinery.
• Strong knowledge of joinery and excellent plan reading skills. Drawing or plan creation is not required.
• Good oral command of French, Bosnian (preferable) and English, enabling professional exchanges.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage several sites and teams.
• Rigor, autonomy and a real capacity for anticipation.
• Good interpersonal skills with teams, site management, suppliers and clients.
• Particular attention to site monitoring, punctuality and meeting deadlines.
