Team Leader Service Engineering (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You plan, coordinate and independently carry out maintenance and repair work in a two-person team
• In doing so, you perform safety inspections on technical systems and prepare the corresponding test protocols
• Furthermore, you advise and support customers on site in technical and service-related matters
• Minor assembly work and technical adjustments are also part of your varied range of tasks
• In addition, you support sales with technical clarifications as well as in acquiring new orders
• Material management, deployment preparation, and the inspection of vehicles and tools complete your responsible area of work

Requirements

• You have completed a craft or technical vocational training and have experience in the service sector
• You also bring good knowledge of mechanics and electrical engineering
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and are accustomed to using a laptop
• For service assignments throughout Switzerland, you are willing to travel, flexible, physically fit, and not afraid of heights
• A driving licence of categories B and BE as well as good German language skills are required; French language skills are an advantage
• Do you also consider yourself customer-oriented, reliable, strong in leadership, and skilled with your hands?
