About the job

Portrait of the School/Institution

The Rossfeld Foundation offers school, residential groups, and therapy for children and adolescents with physical disabilities who are capable of regular education. In the canton of Bern, we are the only competence center for children and adolescents with physical disabilities in the regular school sector. All interns participate in our internal internship training sessions and are personally accompanied by the residential group management.

Tasks

- Collaboration in socio-pedagogical and remedial educational support - Care, accompaniment, and support of children and adolescents and assistance in everyday school life - Work deployment according to a fixed work schedule (no weekend duties)

Requirements

• At least 18 years old • Preferably secondary school diploma or vocational training with EFZ • Interest in training in the socio-pedagogical or similar field • Natural aptitude in dealing with children and adolescents • Practical life support • Flexible and uncomplicated • Enjoyment of teamwork
