Administrative Assistant with Leadership Responsibilities
To strengthen the Central Services (ZD) department, we are looking for a committed administrative assistant with leadership responsibilities. Are you an organizational talent and enjoy responsibility and diverse tasks in the administrative field? Then you are right with us!
Your tasks
- Personal support of the reception and telephone switchboard in daily operational business (the tasks require presence on site)
- Management and further development of the office secretariat and archive with three employees
- You build up efficient office management with all its facets
- Support of the ZD department management in administrative and organizational matters
- You take on special tasks within Central Services
Your profile
- Completed commercial training with professional experience in a comparable function, ideally within administration
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- High service orientation and quality standards
- Confident handling of IT tools (M365 suite) and digital processes
- Independent and solution-oriented working style as well as team spirit and the ability to actively accompany change processes
