Your impact

With persuasiveness, enthusiasm and a good sense for the concerns of employees, you motivate our colleagues in retail and other service professions to organise trade union membership. You demonstrate the concrete added value a strong community offers, empower employees to confidently represent their interests, and accompany them in achieving improvements in working conditions together. Through creative campaigns, targeted actions and the establishment of sustainable trade union structures, you strengthen the organisation’s visibility and impact and make an important contribution to sustainable membership growth.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training
• Work experience in sales is an advantage
• High intercultural competence and pronounced communication skills
• Identification with trade union goals
• Team spirit as well as implementation and result orientation
• Commitment and resilience 
• Very good German; one or more migration languages are an advantage
• Flexibility and willingness to occasionally work weekends and evenings
• IT user skills, driving licence category B
