About the job
What you can achieve
- 💻 You are responsible for planning production based on customer orders and inventory demand notifications, taking into account the capacity of available resources.
- 📝 You are responsible for controlling stocks, orders, order quantities and delivery dates as well as updating the planning data with the current demand notifications.
- 🔎 You coordinate new listings, delistings, seasonal changes and relaunches, create the required master data and keep it up to date.
- 📊 You ensure timely delivery and product availability.
- 💡 You manage the inventory of the product group assigned to you and actively participate in project and optimisation meetings.
What you bring with you
- 🎓 You have completed basic training in the field of food, logistics or in a commercial environment and ideally have further training as a process specialist or technical merchant.
- 🥛 You have several years of experience in production planning or in food production of products with short best-before dates.
- 🧠 You think logically and process-oriented, are open to dealing with complexity and have strong communication skills, which you use purposefully in exchange with internal and external customers.
- 💻 You impress with confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office applications.
- 💬 You speak German fluently and have basic knowledge of English.
