HR Recruiting Specialist 80-100%

Private Care AG is a dynamic, future-oriented company offering private nursing services in the cantons of Aargau, Zurich, St. Gallen, Zug, Schwyz, Solothurn and Schaffhausen, as well as placing specialised professionals from nursing and healthcare in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

We are looking for a committed and empathetic individual who will joyfully support and help shape our recruitment process.

• Co-responsibility for professional recruitment of nursing staff in private home care
• Active and targeted talent identification via various recruiting channels, platforms and social media
• Expansion and maintenance of our internal candidate pool as well as support of the HR specialist in administrative processes
• Conducting preliminary telephone screenings
• Coordinating interviews and conducting initial conversations
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience

• Completed basic training, ideally in a commercial field
• Further education in HR or recruiting is an advantage
• Initial experience in recruiting, e.g. in personnel placement
• Proven experience in active sourcing via various online channels is an advantage
• Winning and empathetic personality with a structured way of working
• Fluent German language skills
• Very good user knowledge of Microsoft Office
