Your mission:

For one of our clients, ValJob is recruiting Watchmaking Operators.
Your responsibilities
On a daily basis, you work at the heart of the production process and are specifically responsible for:
· Operating and monitoring automated and semi-automated machines.
· Carrying out assembly operations with care and precision.
· Performing visual and dimensional checks on produced parts.
· Ensuring production monitoring and quickly identifying any anomalies.
· Entering and updating production information in computer systems.
· Ensuring compliance with quality requirements, production targets, and safety rules.
In this environment where every detail counts, your precision, concentration, and observational skills will be your greatest assets.
Your profile:
· You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC), an AFP, or training in the industrial field.
· You ideally have 2 years of experience in production or assembly.
· Experience in watchmaking, microtechnology, electronics, medical, pharmaceutical, or precision assembly is a real advantage.
· You have good knowledge of the operation of semi-automatic and automatic machines.
· You are rigorous, meticulous, and attentive.
· You have manual dexterity.
· You enjoy teamwork.
· Shift work 2x8 or 3x8.
