In the field of Outpatient Supported Living (AmBeWo), we support people with disabilities through outreach advice and accompaniment in their own homes.
To strengthen our East team, we are looking for a
Social Work or Social Pedagogy Specialist (60–80 %)
Start date: 1 January 2027 or by arrangement

- Collaboration with the clients' interdisciplinary environment
What we expect from you:
- Degree in Social Work or Social Pedagogy FH/HFS
- Professional experience working with people with disabilities
- Teamwork skills, resilience, independence, and flexibility
- Advanced communication skills
- PC user knowledge
- Driving licence category B
