About us
In this key position, you are responsible for the technical availability, further development and sustainable maintenance of our mechanical processing plants. Together with your team, you ensure that our plants are operated safely, economically and reliably.Your main tasks include
- Ensuring a low-failure and economical operation of our mechanical processing plants
- Analysis of malfunctions, weaknesses and bottlenecks as well as sustainable implementation of improvement measures
- Ensuring the required product qualities and process stability
- Technical and personnel management of the engineering team
- Planning and coordination of internal and external resources for maintenance, servicing and upkeep
- Promoting a performance-oriented, safe and solution-focused team culture
- Sparring partner for operations and management
We expect from you
- Completed technical basic training (mechanics, mechanical engineering, plant engineering or comparable)
- Further education at HF, FH level or comparable qualification advantageous
- Several years of professional experience in maintenance, production, recycling, industry or a comparable environment
- Experience in leading employees or project teams
- Knowledge in preventive maintenance and plant management
- Experience in project management and continuous improvement advantageous
- Confident handling of MS Office as well as digital maintenance systems
- Driving licence category B
