In this responsible role, you will accompany public administrations in the implementation of modern ERP solutions. You will manage demanding ERP implementation projects from contract clarification through configuration, data migration, and testing to successful go-live and handover to operations. You will ensure that agreed goals, budgets, and quality requirements are met and guide customers and internal project teams confidently through challenging change processes.

Your area of responsibility

• End-to-end planning and management of ERP implementation projects in public administrations; including project planning, resource coordination, dependency management, and ongoing project control
• Management of deadlines, milestones, budget, quality, and project results as well as systematic risk, issue, and decision management with early escalation and concrete options for action

• Stakeholder management and reporting to public administrations, internal and external partners, steering committees, and the team lead Projects
• Technical management of interdisciplinary project teams as well as coordination of internal and external project participants

• Structured project closure and utilisation of lessons learned for continuous improvement of future projects.

 Your profile

• At least 5 years of experience in independently managing complex ERP or software implementation projects, ideally in public administrations or a regulated environment
• Several years of experience in structured management of ERP or software implementation projects as well as in change management
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style as well as strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills
• Analytical and technical understanding, high problem-solving competence, and strong customer orientation
• German at least at C1 level and English at least at B2 level; French at B1 level or higher is an advantage
• Proven experience in managing ERP or software implementation projects; further training or certification in project management is an advantage
