• Manufacture timber elements in the workshop
• Incorporate insulation materials into timber elements
• Integrate building services components such as windows, pipes, and electrical conduits into timber elements
• Prepare finished components for transport and load onto vehicles
• Optional: Active participation in erecting the timber elements on the construction site

• Completed training as a carpenter
• Independent and careful working style combined with reliability
• Enthusiasm for the material wood and modern manufacturing technologies
• Willingness to develop further and openness to innovations in production
• Experience with CNC machines or timber element manufacturing is an advantage; motivated recent graduates are also welcome
