Role and Responsibilities

Your tasks, you…

independently take on various tasks from the areas of HR operations, recruiting, onboarding, and personnel development
are responsible for creating HR-relevant topics (analyses and evaluations, data preparation including maintenance and updates)
support diverse administrative activities throughout the entire employee life cycle (from entry to exit)
have the opportunity to be involved in exciting personnel projects and actively contribute
work together with colleagues from other departments and coordinate with them

Skills and Qualifications

Your profile, you…

are still studying or have already completed a degree (preferably with a focus on HR)
have very good MS Office skills (especially Excel) and excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
are a team player, communicative, and characterized by a structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style
bring a pronounced analytical mindset and convince with your friendly demeanor
are a committed, team-oriented, and stress-resistant personality
