The school-based childcare of the city of Baden is integrated into the Baden primary school. Modular day structures are offered at nine locations of the kindergartens and primary schools in Baden. The day structures are integrated into the Baden primary school.

For our team at the Rütihof all-day school, we are looking for a sick leave replacement for three months starting immediately.

After the three-month sick leave replacement, there may be the possibility of a permanent position.

Childcare Specialist EFZ 80%

• Accompanying and individually caring for the children
• Organising participative leisure activities
• Guiding the children towards solidarity, non-violent conflict resolution, as well as consideration and tolerance in mutual interaction
• Encouraging the children to complete their homework independently
• Supporting the class teacher during lessons
• Conducting parent meetings by phone and in person

• Enjoyment in working with children
• Qualification as a Childcare Specialist EFZ
• Desirable: professional experience in an all-day school or in school-based childcare facilities
• High social competence and resilience
• Team-oriented, flexible and humorous personality
• Fluent spoken German skills
