The Project Management and Business Engineering Bank Management division is responsible for the conceptual preparation and subsequent implementation of all projects focusing on digitalisation, automation, and migration of services and solutions in the core functions Finance, Risk, Legal & Compliance, and HR. In our newly established team, we lay the foundation for innovative solutions and support our specialist departments in developing and implementing forward-looking concepts and business strategies. As consultants and service providers, we develop our capabilities and target images, create use cases, evaluate possible variants, and prepare well-founded decision-making bases. As process managers, we take an end-to-end view and analyse possible optimisations of business processes together with the specialist departments. Together, we create the foundations for a secure start to the successful implementation of projects.

Your tasks

Develop strategic business architecture concepts that serve as a basis for sustainable and future-oriented decisions
Work closely with interdisciplinary stakeholders to design innovative and long-term viable solutions
Create professional target concepts, replacement and migration strategies for technologies and infrastructures in our "Bank Management" portfolio
Develop risk concepts to strengthen operational resilience in our area, implement requirements from risk management, and purposefully integrate the risk perspective into the design and development of strategic solutions
Analyse, model, and optimise end-to-end business processes with a clear focus on strategic efficiency, operational resilience, and integration of digital technologies
Lead and actively shape cross-departmental projects and initiatives with high strategic relevance for the bank

Your profile

University or university of applied sciences degree in business informatics, business administration with a focus on digital technologies, or a comparable field
At least 8 years of relevant experience in the financial sector in business architecture or strategic corporate development, ideally complemented by experience in management consulting
In-depth knowledge and practical experience with backend systems and data architecture in at least one of the following areas: Finance (Deposit Management, Accounting, Purchasing, Controlling, Treasury), HR systems, Risk, or Legal & Compliance
Good IT understanding and ability to identify overarching needs and benefit potentials for the bank
Very good analytical and conceptual skills to develop clear and understandable target images for complex challenges
Experience in analysing and designing capabilities, processes, data, and activities using industry-standard methods
Independent working style and strong communication and teamwork skills to convey content appropriately up to the level of general management and collaborate effectively in interdisciplinary teams
Enthusiasm and flexibility to dynamically and successfully switch between different topics
