Technical Product Support 80% - 100% (All are welcome)
Responsibilities
- Customer support for service and repair enquiries
- Scheduling for repair and service orders
- Preparation of cost estimates for repairs
- Support of work preparation for service and repairs
- Active communication with customers and service partners
Requirements
- Completed basic technical training (e.g. agricultural or construction machinery technology or comparable field) with commercial further education
- Several years of professional experience in repair and maintenance technology
- Very good German and English skills are required; French skills are an advantage
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High service orientation and enjoyment of customer contact
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
