Due to the retirement of our long-standing chief physician, we are seeking a committed, entrepreneurial-thinking, and inspiring personality as Chief Physician Neurology for our renowned rehabilitation clinic in Bad Zurzach.
Our rehabilitation clinic in Bad Zurzach offers a comprehensive rehabilitation service with around 200 beds at a high medical standard. The range of services includes neurological, musculoskeletal, internal-oncological, and geriatric rehabilitation. Together with a highly qualified interprofessional team, we are committed daily to first-class patient care and the continuous development of rehabilitation.
Your tasks
As chief physician, you shape the medical direction of your department and actively contribute to the future of our location.
You will particularly take on:
- Medical leadership: You bear the medical, professional, personnel, and strategic responsibility for your department and actively shape its development as well as the medical advancement of the Bad Zurzach site
- Patient care: You are responsible for high-quality patient care while actively contributing to innovative care and treatment concepts
- Leadership responsibility: You lead, promote, and develop senior, specialist, and assistant physicians according to our leadership values "Together, creative and clear"
- Interdisciplinary collaboration: You strengthen close cooperation on equal footing with nursing, therapyn, hospitality, administration, and other departments
- Professional network maintenance: You build relationships with referring physicians, hospitals, and other institutions, or deepen existing networks
- Continuing education: You shape the training, continuing education, and professional development of medical staff and related professions

You are a personally convincing leader with high medical competence and the desire to actively drive change.
What you bring:
- Professional qualification: You hold a specialist title in neurology
- Leadership experience: You have several years of leadership experience in a senior medical role, preferably in rehabilitation or a related field
- Social skills: You possess strong social and communication skills as well as the ability to inspire, promote, and develop people. You also enjoy interprofessional collaboration and networked thinking
- Innovative spirit: You act entrepreneurially and have an innovative spirit and interest in the strategic development of a modern rehabilitation clinic
- Working style: You are independent, structured, solution-oriented, and proactive
- Formal requirement: You hold a professional practice licence (BAB) or are willing to obtain one
