We at Spitex Birsfelden are a division of the Stiftung zur Hard. As a team of about 40 people, we are responsible for a catchment area of 10,500 inhabitants. As a long-established team, we are used to sharing responsibility together. Together with the retirement home, we want to further develop our range of services to better meet the needs of the people in Birsfelden.To strengthen our team, we are looking for by arrangement a
Health Specialist EFZ (FAGE), working hours morning from 07:00 - 11:00 and/or evening from 17:00 - 20:00

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Independent execution of basic and treatment care for clients at home
- Situational support in everyday life to promote independence and quality of life
- Observation, documentation and communication of relevant health changes
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with nursing professionals and external agencies
- Use of electronic care documentation
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ (with SRK recognition)
- Enjoyment of independent, responsible work in an outpatient setting
- Empathy, reliability and high social competence
- Good IT user skills and interest in modern working tools
