Carpenter for Project Management

• Lead projects in production and assembly from the planning phase to completion
• Monitor workflows and ensure execution, schedule, and cost controls
• Create material take-offs, procure raw materials and semi-finished products, and carry out measurements and reports
• Take responsibility for clear leadership and promotion of employees
• Maintain confident communication with customers, architects, suppliers, and construction partners

• Completed training as a carpenter EFZ with further education as a wood technician HF timber construction or timber construction foreman with federal diploma
• Experience in assembly and project management with strong spatial imagination in 2D and 3D
• Strong communication skills and willingness to take on responsibility
• Good knowledge of MS Office and flexibility regarding working hours and tasks
• Solution-oriented thinking combined with passion and commitment for project work
