You are passionate about project management, think in networks, and want to actively develop structures, processes, and quality standards? In this role, you act as a central hub for projects, methods, and stakeholders – making a real contribution with your experience. With plenty of scope for design and high visibility, you create direct added value for the organisation, projects, and collaboration.
Your new tasks
- You are the central contact point for project management topics, coordinate concerns from the network, and promote active exchange of experience (e.g. national and international communities)
- You coach and advise project managers as well as commercial project managers in complex project situations and in defining the project setup
- You accompany demanding project constellations and support strategic and commercial issues including milestone planning
- You develop and implement process standards and best practices and drive the further development of the integrated management system
- You analyse projects based on KPIs and quality criteria, derive improvement measures, and ensure effective reporting
- You work on tools, methods, and process optimisations (e.g. PALM, PM@Mobility, NC management) and utilise synergies across interfaces
- You moderate workshops and training sessions and actively participate in quality committees (e.g. RQMS board) and represent the interests of Rail Infrastructure Project Execution there
Your talents and experience
- You have sound and many years of experience including certification in project management (at least IPMA C) in project leadership, ideally in the (rail) infrastructure sector or plant engineering
- Your heart beats for process and quality topics as well as a deep understanding of project management and complex project landscapes
- You have a higher education from a technical background (Bachelor, Master) and combine this with meaningful further training in project management and/or quality
- You work independently, enjoy scope for design, recognise the need for action early, and drive topics proactively
- You enjoy developing and implementing processes as well as continuous improvement
- You are communicative, strong in moderation, and move confidently in a broad stakeholder environment
