Your Tasks
- Support in the development and implementation of social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty
- Creation and planning of engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest)
- Monitoring and analysing the performance of social media campaigns and preparing regular reports
- Interacting with our community by responding to comments and messages as well as active community management
- Supporting the execution of social media advertising campaigns and promotions
- Collaboration with the Marketing & PR team to integrate social media into the overall strategy
- Trend observation and competitor analysis to develop new ideas and approaches
- Creation of image and video material for the individual platforms according to the content plan
Your Profile
- Education/studies in marketing, communication/PR, media or a comparable qualification
- 1-2 years of professional experience in social media management including data analysis. Experience in brand management is an advantage
- Good knowledge of common social media platforms and their tools
- Creativity and a sense for appealing content and visual design
- Flair for gastronomy, wellness and luxury hospitality
- Team spirit, initiative and a structured way of working
- Good skills in image and video editing
- Initial practical experience in using AI-supported image editing tools (e.g. Adobe Firefly, Midjourney or Runway) is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written form (German and English)
