Your tasks

• Organisation of staff deployment and absence planning
• Maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting of machines and equipment (electrical and mechanical)
• Carrying out repairs and coordinating with external parties
• Ensuring procurement and availability of spare parts
• Further development and optimisation of machines and equipment
• Co-responsibility for reducing downtime and stoppages

Your profile

• Completed basic training as a mechanic or electrical installer
• Leadership experience in a similar role
• Assertiveness, solution-oriented approach and high resilience
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable environment
• Strong organisational skills and a team-oriented personality
• Good knowledge of German, French skills are an advantage
