Desired profile
- Lawyer's patent, Licence or Master of Laws and sufficient practical knowledge for the exercise of the office
- The Council is looking for a person with experience in the judiciary and conciliation as well as in project management.
- Voting rights in cantonal matters. Foreign nationals must hold a residence permit and have lived in the canton for at least five years. There must be no loss certificates against the persons. They must not have been criminally convicted for acts incompatible with the judicial office
- Proficiency in French with very good knowledge of German
- Workplace: Court-independent judicial authority
