To support our controlling team, we are looking for you in Rotkreuz immediately or by arrangement as:

Senior Business Controller 80-100% (m/f/d)

We are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded individual who combines strategic foresight with operational implementation strength. In this key role, you actively shape the future of our company and drive growth initiatives forward.

Your main tasks in this exciting role in the strategic business unit MVNO:

Consulting and support of business unit managers in business management issues
Business partner and advisor for the MVNO business unit management in all business management
issues
Monitoring and controlling the financial development of the rapidly growing MVNO business
Proactive monitoring and analysis of customer numbers, churn rates, ARPU and other relevant KPIs to
support growth and retention strategies
Building, further developing and maintaining controlling instruments and reports for the MVNO area (including project management responsibility)
Development of decision-making bases through data-based analyses and simulations (e.g. pricing models, customer segments, promotion analyses)
Ongoing analysis and interpretation of business results and KPI developments including the preparation
of recommendations for action
Optimisation of controlling and business processes in terms of digitalisation and automation
Creation and automation of reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders
Close cooperation with sales, marketing, customer care and product management for joint
management of growth targets

Your profile - what you bring:

Completed university degree (Uni/FH) with a focus on controlling, finance and accounting or a comparable further education
Several years (at least 3 years) of professional experience in controlling, ideally with a focus on telecommunications
Strong understanding of key figure management in growth-oriented business areas
Very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as a flair for numbers
Technical affinity and very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Power BI – experience with ERP systems and reporting tools is an advantage
High initiative, structured and solution-oriented working
Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills are a plus
Communicative personality with the ability to convey complex issues clearly and collaborate across departments
