Facade Builder with Project Responsibility and Technical Expertise
Tasks
- Take responsibility for the technical and commercial handling of facade projects
- Ensure close cooperation with design and engineering teams to implement customer requirements
- Competently represent 4B to business clients and promote internal communication
- Prepare post-calculations and manage change order processes
- Independently manage projects of varying sizes and material diversity
Requirements
- Solid expertise in metal or timber construction with a specialisation in facade construction
- Experience in successfully executing demanding facade projects in compliance with relevant standards and legislation
- Confident and target group-appropriate communication in German, ideally complemented by French skills
- Proficient project controlling with entrepreneurial thinking and team spirit
- Experienced use of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
