To strengthen our Patents and Designs department, we are seeking, with immediate effect or by arrangement, a patent attorney with a university degree in physics or electrical engineering. Your main tasks You will independently support our clients from home and abroad in legal and strategic matters of intellectual property law, mainly in the field of patent and design law. Assessment of the protectability of inventions National and/or international patent applications Conducting infringement, nullity, and opposition proceedings Freedom-to-operate activities Your qualifications You have recently successfully passed the European Qualifying Examination or are about to take it a completed degree in physics or electrical engineering excellent German and English skills willingness to act pragmatically and service-oriented We offer A varied role in a well-coordinated, collegial, and professional team.
