For Hälg Facility Management AG, a company of the Hälg Group, we are looking for a Junior Mandate Manager 100% in Zurich.
Your Challenge
- Taking over partial mandates as a development field
- Support with implementations and new mandates
- Support of mandate management in operational, administrative and commercial matters
- Control and monitoring of defined services (service levels)
- Coordination of team leaders, site managers and suppliers
- Coordination and organisation of project management tasks
- Support with budget, offer, reporting and controlling tasks
- Preparation and participation in customer meetings as well as creation of monthly reports
- Maintenance of operational documentation and processing of tasks in the CAFM system
- Communication with various internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring and supervision of third-party companies
- Participation in process improvements and projects
- Gradual assumption of customer and mandate responsibility
Your Profile
- Completed studies (FH/HF) in facility management or comparable education
- High service orientation and enjoyment of customer contact
- Independent, precise and structured way of working
- High commitment, initiative and willingness to learn
- Analytical and networked thinking
- Organisational talent and coordination skills
- Loyalty, discretion and reliability
- Good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint), ERP/CAFM knowledge advantageous
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Motivation to develop towards mandate manager
