Care Specialist 100% (m/f/d)

- Accompanying residents with dementia in everyday life

- Organising the daily routine in the dementia ward

- Promoting the independence of the residents

- Supporting the individual strengths of the residents

- Co-creating a varied care routine

- Collaborating in an interdisciplinary team

- Ensuring precise documentation with easyDOK and RAI

- Completed training as a Care Specialist EFZ

- Experience in dealing with people with dementia

- Empathy and strong social skills
