For the production area at our location in Schwanden GL, we are seeking qualified support by agreement for the role of

Head of Operations Department

80–100%

Main Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the Operations Department with around 15 employees
• Direct leadership of team leaders, the operations electrician, and the logistician
• Resource planning and on-call organisation
• Technical responsibility for the plants
• Contact with customers and authorities
• Optimisation of processes and workflows as well as targeted management of all services using appropriate KPIs
• Active participation in the management team of the production area

Your Background

• Higher education in energy, technology, or engineering, or proven experience in a comparable role
• Several years of leadership experience and strong motivation to lead
• Sound knowledge in the operation and maintenance of plants
• Distinct entrepreneurial personality
