About the job
As a comprehensive real estate service provider, Privera offers its clients and partners all services for the entire lifecycle of a property under one roof. Professional management of real estate accounting is part of this. You are gifted with numbers and manage various property accounts in collaboration with the management. In doing so, you make a significant contribution to achieving our objectives.
Your mission in detail
- Independently manage property accounting from A to Z including closing tasks
- Account for the entries and exits of mandates
- Prepare client-specific reports
- Collaborate with property managers and assist them
Your profile
- You have completed basic commercial training
- You have successfully completed further training in the financial field and/or have at least 5 years of professional experience.
- Good writing skills in French; knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
- You are solution-oriented and immediately tackle challenges
- You work independently and precisely
