Introduction

You are the person who organises on site, pitches in and always keeps an overview. You are looking for responsibility, variety and direct contact with people

Type of Work

• You safely bring the event material to the right place and have every step under control
• Setting up and dismantling the event infrastructure is entirely your responsibility
• You ensure that the infrastructure is perfectly prepared and ready for use before the first guests arrive
• At promotions and sponsorship events, you are there live and talk to people while everything runs smoothly in the background
• You actively help develop new concepts and infrastructure
• You take care of cleaning, maintenance, care and repair of the equipment with craftsmanship and initiative
• You coordinate and schedule assignments independently, even when several sites are running simultaneously

Requirements Profile

• You have manual or technical skills; experience in event logistics is a plus
• You are physically fit and also pitch in with demanding set-up and dismantling work
• You hold a driving licence category BE or higher; a licence for work platforms 3a+b is an advantage
• You are familiar with Office, Outlook and ideally SAP
• You enjoy communicating, are reliable and willing to travel, including occasional evening and weekend assignments
