TASKS

• Customer magazine & publications: You plan, write and design our customer magazine as well as all other print and digital media from A to Z.
• Sales documents: You conceive, create and update product brochures, catalogues, flyers and sales materials.
• Trade fairs & media planning: You develop advertising materials for trade fairs and design print advertisements for international locations and specialist media.
• PR measures: You plan PR activities and are responsible for creating, translating and sending press releases.
• Brand management: You ensure and develop consistent corporate design across all communication channels.
• Online support & media: You coordinate images, graphics and renderings and support the online area if required.
• Project & budget control: You independently coordinate marketing projects, obtain quotes and monitor deadlines and budgets.
• Ad hoc projects: You provide flexible support for cross-departmental projects.

PROFILE

• Education: Training as a media technician, polygrapher, graphic designer or a commercial basic education with advanced training in marketing or graphics.
• Experience: Several years of professional experience in marketing with a clear focus on graphics, corporate design and the production of communication materials (ideally in industry).
• Software skills: Excellent, proven practical knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PremierePro) as well as proficient use of MS Office.
• Project coordination: Experience in independent project management including budget monitoring as well as dealing with printing companies and agencies.
• Languages: Fluent German and English
