About the job
You can make an impact
- You support and further develop existing pharmacies together with your team – and gain new partners in the German and Western Switzerland regions
- You are the first point of contact for the topic of blister packaging within our Galenica Homecare organization and for other Galenica units
- You maintain and develop purchasing and marketing groups of pharmacies and implement targeted activities for their members
- You take over the personnel and professional management of the market area (pharmacies) and lead your team with expertise, clarity, and empathy, developing them both professionally and personally
- You actively participate in the management team, implement the corporate strategy, and continue to expand our network
What you bring
- You have a university degree as a pharmacist and bring experience from the retail pharmacy – ideally complemented by knowledge in pharmaceutical care of retirement and nursing homes and/or home care; further training in marketing/sales and/or business administration is a plus
- You have several years of experience in team leadership and have very good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare market with its various players
- You are confident in using common IT tools and have an interest in innovation and digitalization
- You think entrepreneurially, are strong in negotiation, and have a pronounced talent for organization
- You enjoy working independently, have a hands-on mentality, and keep an overview even with many projects
- You are mobile and, in addition to your native German, have very good French skills. English skills are an advantage
