We are looking to strengthen our team in Fehraltorf with a:
Maintenance Mechanic for Plant Maintenance (a, 100%)Your role with us:
- Carrying out inspection, maintenance, repair and servicing work on machines and systems
- Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical components including root cause analysis and defining appropriate measures for implementation
- Documenting maintenance and troubleshooting in a GMP environment
- Internal contact person for PLC topics (retrofits, troubleshooting, conversions, improvements and new systems)
- Supporting technical project managers in automation projects
- Commissioning production systems and supporting the requalification of existing systems
- Creating maintenance and operating documentation (SOPs) for the systems
- Leading improvement projects on systems and processes within the technical department
- Supervising external companies and collaborating with external service providers

What you bring with you:
- Completed technical apprenticeship as a polymechanic or automation technician
- Experience in the maintenance of production machines
- Experience in programming Siemens and Beckhoff PLCs
- Solid German language skills for reading, understanding and applying work instructions
- A team-oriented personality who actively collaborates with colleagues to solve problems
- Reliable, focused and independent working style as well as a high sense of responsibility and resilience
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system and participate in rotating on-call duty
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom if required
- Experience working in a regulated environment is an advantage
