Coordinator Education and IT / 60–80 %
🎓 Your tasks – you won’t be bored with us
You compile our annual course programme and are responsible for the planning, organisation and support of our courses. In doing so, you coordinate webinars, face-to-face courses and e-learnings, liaise with speakers and participants, take care of appointments, course materials as well as the organisational and technical framework conditions, and ensure that the courses are conducted professionally and smoothly. And what else? You take on further varied tasks: You are our internal contact person for IT and digitalisation topics and involve the support of professionals for more complex issues. In addition, you create and edit communication materials such as annual reports, brochures or Christmas cards with Adobe InDesign as needed and support the team with other administrative tasks as well as deputising in the back office.
✨ What you bring – your strengths for our small, committed team
You have a commercial education and ideally experience in association and training work. Communication is one of your strengths. You enjoy working with people and feel comfortable using modern communication tools. German is your mother tongue, and you can communicate well in French. You are digitally savvy and proficient in Microsoft 365. You also have experience with Adobe InDesign. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage. You like to work independently and in a structured manner, keep an overview even with several tasks, pitch in and contribute your own ideas.
