To complement our team at the Travel Centre Reinach we are looking for an immediately available or by arrangement strong leadership personality as Team Leader Travel Centre.
Your tasks
- You lead and develop the team of the Reinach Travel Centre both professionally and personally
- You competently advise our customers and actively sell public transport offers, leisure activities and other services
- You ensure a professional, customer-oriented operation of the Travel Centre
- You are responsible for inventory management, cash and accounting as well as compliance with guidelines and processes
- You actively contribute to the further development of the offer and the sales appearance
Your profile
- Completed training in the commercial sector or in public transport
- Experience in customer advice and sales, ideally in the public transport environment
- Good CASA and MS Office skills
- Enjoy leading, promoting employees and achieving success together
- Strong customer orientation, high quality awareness and strong communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and at weekends
