For our client, an SME with a warehouse in Pratteln, we are looking for a construction machinery mechanic (100%, permanent or temporary) by arrangement
Job Description- Maintenance, servicing and repair of construction machinery and equipment
- Diagnosis and rectification of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults
- Carrying out service work and regular functional checks
- Repair and replacement of engines, gearboxes, hydraulic components and other machine parts
- Performing testing and adjustment work
- Preparing machines for use and checking operational safety
- Documenting completed work and creating service reports
- Ordering and managing spare parts
- Supporting the commissioning and handover of construction machinery
- Compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Completed vocational training as a construction machinery mechanic EFZ or a comparable technical qualification
- Good knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics and electrics
- Experience in maintenance and repair of construction machinery
- Technical understanding and pronounced manual skills
- Independent, reliable and careful working style
- Ability for systematic fault finding and problem solving
- Teamwork, flexibility and sense of responsibility
- Good knowledge of German
- Driving licence category B; additional categories advantageous
