As a passenger information manager, you ensure a smooth travel experience for our customers by providing accurate real-time travel information and managing disruptions. You play a key role in facilitating travel and satisfaction, while meeting the demands of the role with professionalism and commitment.

Do you recognise yourself in the following?

• You hold a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC)
• You ideally have two to three years of experience in passenger information
• You are used to working irregular hours, or are willing to do so, including weekends, nights and public holidays
• You have C1 level proficiency in French; knowledge of German is desirable
• You know how to organise your work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment
• You communicate clearly and precisely
• You are proficient with common office and IT tools
• You are familiar with Adobe solutions; this skill is an asset
• You show initiative and rigour, and work well both independently and as part of a team
• You hold a category B driving licence

• You announce disruptions and trigger necessary alarm procedures, including during train replacements
• You prepare documents related to passenger information
