Do you want to not only accompany construction projects but actively shape them as a client representative? At ZFV, you take responsibility for medium-sized construction projects of our hotels and investment properties, from planning to successful implementation.
What awaits you with us
As a Project Manager: Client Representation, you manage construction projects from the client’s perspective and ensure that ideas become viable solutions. You coordinate internal and external participants, keep the threads together, and ensure that projects progress purposefully.

Our task menu
- You lead medium-sized construction projects for our hotels and investment properties from the planning phase onwards.
- You take on the professional leadership of internal project teams and external planners.
- You contribute to the development and implementation of our hotel and gastronomy products.
- You support profitability and planning success calculations as well as due diligence processes in the context of investments and divestments.
- You provide important data and foundations for portfolio management and contribute to its further development.
- You take on the necessary administrative tasks in project and portfolio management.
- If needed, you directly apply your CAD skills and make minor adjustments to plans yourself.
Your recipe for success
- A basic education as a structural draughtsperson or construction draughtsperson EFZ/EBA and further training in construction management, for example as a technician HF
- Several years of experience in construction management and leading construction projects
- Initial experience in client representation is an advantage
- Experience in hotel planning is an advantage
- Good knowledge of CAD systems, for example VectorWorks
- Experience with project management systems such as Asana as well as common office programmes
- Strategic thinking and acting as well as a structured and data-affine working style
- An agile and innovative mindset, high goal and customer orientation
- Enjoyment of teamwork as well as willingness to actively shape change and learn new things
