Your tasks

• Support of customer service in daily business: processing customer inquiries and orders via various channels as well as assisting with route planning
• Support of the sales back office in recording customer orders
• Point of contact for telephone customer inquiries as well as processing email inquiries
• Support in the care of our end customers and trade partners
• Ensuring a high level of service and solution-oriented communication
• Close cooperation with internal departments such as production, purchasing, field service, and customer service

Your profile

• Commercial basic training or comparable education
• Initial professional experience in sales back office, customer service, or a comparable position
• Enjoyment of daily customer contact
• Very good language skills in German and French (English and Italian advantageous)
• Confident handling of ERP systems and common MS Office applications
• Strong customer and service orientation, high communication skills, and ability to work in a team
• Reliable, structured working style with high self-motivation
