A very good communicator, you assert yourself through natural leadership, great autonomy and have developed a very good industrial technical culture in managing your projects. You possess charm and enthusiasm, have an excellent capacity for adaptation and interpersonal skills. Working in a cross-functional team with a large number of stakeholders is a source of motivation for you.
With an engineering (or technician) background in mechanics, materials, micromechanics or generalist, you have at least 5 years of experience in industrialisation projects, managing and qualifying new equipment, production line transfers, investment (CAPEX) or retrofitting of machines or complete lines (machining, grinding, electroplating, laser engraving, washing, etc.) in aeronautics, defence, automotive, watchmaking or jewellery, etc. You have possibly worked on very fine components such as hands, movements, dials, sensors, microelectronics, etc.
