Property Management Clerk (m/f) 80-100%

About the job

We are looking for a creative, open, and motivated individual to support our team in managing predominantly commercial properties throughout the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

Your Tasks

• Administrative and organisational support for the property manager
• Conducting viewings as well as assisting with apartment/space inspections and handovers
• Participation in re-letting and development of creative ideas
• Preparation and processing of rental contracts, amendments, and terminations
• Communication and correspondence with tenants, craftsmen, and authorities
• Issuing and monitoring repair orders
• Support in dunning and debt collection

Your Profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship; experience and/or further training in the real estate sector is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Confident German language skills; additional languages are a plus
• Reliable, loyal, resilient, and solution-oriented with entrepreneurial thinking
• High customer orientation and a cooperative manner
• Organisational talent, polished manners, and enjoyment of teamwork
• Driving licence category B
