About the job
We are looking for a
Head QHSE 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- Development and implementation of the company-wide QHSE strategy in close cooperation with the management and the European management.
- Promotion of a proactive safety, quality and sustainability culture throughout Switzerland across all locations, together with an employee in Western Switzerland.
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements as well as internal standards and management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, HACCP) including recertifications.
- Analysis of incidents, management of corrective actions and continuous improvement of QHSE processes.
- Consulting and support of managers and operations on all QHSE-relevant topics.
Your profile
- Completed studies in quality management, food safety, environmental management, safety engineering or comparable education.
- Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in a leading QHSE/HSEQ role, preferably in gastronomy, hospitality, communal catering or the food industry.
- Sound knowledge of the standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 as well as experience with HACCP and food safety standards.
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style with strong implementation skills.
- Fluent German skills as well as very good French and English skills.
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland.
- You work Monday to Friday with flexible hours, either in our attractive Service Centre in Kloten, from home or directly in our operations.
